Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Start any plan with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel (turn off auto-renew in Billing) before it ends, you won't be charged at all. Otherwise your card is charged the plan's monthly price automatically when the trial ends. The trial is available once per person and once per card. During the trial the indexer quotas are capped at 20 indexer URLs and 100 index checks; everything else in the plan is fully usable.
How does billing work?
Plans are monthly subscriptions. Stripe charges your saved card (or Apple Pay / Google Pay) at the start of every billing period, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Add-ons are billed on the same invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew in Billing in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for and isn't charged again. Partial months aren't refunded outside the money-back guarantee.
What's the money-back guarantee?
Within 7 days of your first payment — the first charge after your trial ends, or your first purchase if you didn't use a trial — you can cancel from Billing and all subscription charges made in that window are refunded to your card automatically. It's available once per account, ends the plan immediately, and doesn't cover usage packs.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades also take effect immediately, and the unused difference is credited to your next invoice. Your current usage (projects, keywords, prompts, links) must fit within the new plan's limits.
What are the monthly quotas?
Each plan includes a number of indexer URLs and index checks per billing period. Every URL you submit or check uses one unit. Unused quota doesn't roll over — it resets at the start of each period.
What if I run out of quota?
Buy a usage pack with one click in Billing — +500 indexer URLs for $29.00 or +1,000 index checks for $9.00, charged to your saved card. Packs never expire while your account exists and are used only after your monthly quota. Or upgrade to a plan with a larger quota.
Is indexing usage returned if a URL isn't indexed?
No — Google decides what gets indexed, so usage isn't returned for URLs that don't get indexed. If a job can't be submitted at all because of a technical failure on our side, its usage is returned automatically.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the payment automatically over the following days and we let you know so you can update your card. Your access continues while the payment is retried; if every retry fails, the plan ends and tracking pauses until you start a plan again.
Do you charge VAT? Will I get receipts?
Prices are in USD. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where the law requires it and are shown on your invoice. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and your invoices can be downloaded from the Billing page.
Can I pay with crypto or bank transfer?
No. Payments are processed by Stripe only: major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
